Davide Rossi was born in Torino, Italy, in 1970. He started to play the violin under Maestro Ivan Krivensky in 1980 and achieved his diploma at the Conservatoire "G. Verdi" in Milan in 1992. In 1994 he won third prize at the International violin competition "G. Postacchini" in Fermo, Italy.  He then moved to Copenhagen and began to undertake worldwide tours as a solo and chamber performer.
